About Mantra Sadhna
A place to explore mantras and Indian spiritual traditions in clear, accessible language.
A note from the founder
Hello, I’m Jagbhushan, the founder of Mantra Sadhna. I started this website with a simple idea: information about mantras, devotional texts, worship and spiritual practices should be easier to find and understand. Rather than sending readers through scattered explanations, we aim to bring the essentials together in one readable place.
What you can explore
You’ll find introductions to mantras, customary worship practices, meditation and the cultural background of Indian spiritual traditions. We aim to make articles available in Hindi and English. There is also a digital jaap counter to help you keep track of repetitions on your own device.
Our approach to writing
We focus on useful explanations, plain language and responsible presentation. Practices often differ between regions, families and teachers, so we avoid describing one version as the only correct one. We review and correct material as needed. Our articles are not official statements from a religious institution or teacher.
Corrections and feedback
If you notice a mistake in a mantra, its meaning or an article, please send us the page link and details through https://mantrasadhna.com/en/contact/. Reader feedback helps us make the website more useful.
A word of care
Faith is personal. We do not promise miracles or guaranteed results from any practice. Please put safety first and seek appropriate guidance before attempting demanding rituals or making health-related decisions.
